How do I make a Purchase?

Shopping at Aaina By Sanchari is easy:
- Browse our products by clicking on 'SHOP' find what you'd like to buy. You can also use the Filters to search for the category you wish to shop for.
- Once you have found an item, select your size and click on the “Add to Cart” button in the product page.
- Review the items in your Cart. You can use the “Remove” link to delete items from your Cart.
- Click on “Check Out” to complete your order.

Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

Yes. You can browse through the collection without creating an account and select merchandise you like. But, to be able to buy, you need to set up an account which is a fairly easy process.
Register with us and you'll be able to enjoy the following benefits through your Pernia's Pop-Up Shop account:
- Track your orders and review past purchases
- Save your address so you can shop even quicker next time
- Manage your account details, address book and email preferences
- To create an account, simply click on “Log in” and then “Create Account” to fill in your details.

I've forgotten my password. What should I do?

If you have forgotten your password, click “Forgot your password” in the Login page and follow the instructions to change your password.

How do I change my username or email address & settings?

You can go to ‘MY ACCOUNT’ by clicking your ‘NAME’ in the left column of the browser. In the ‘MY ACCOUNT’ section, click on “view addresses”. Here you can edit your name, email address etc. Alternatively you can send us an email at support@aainabysanchari.com

Which size should I choose?

Refer to our Size Chart as mentioned in the last image of every product. Select the Size that suits you the best. If you still face problems with size, contact support@aainabysanchari.com

Are the colours of products shown on the website accurate?

While we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products that appear on the Site, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or screen’s display of any colour will be completely accurate, as computer monitors and screens of electronic devices vary.

How do I know if an item is in stock?

All items are in stock unless “Add to Cart” changes to “Coming Soon” in the product page after you select your desired Size. Please be aware that even if an item is in your cart, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order. If the product you want to buy is out of stock, please email support@aainabysanchari.com to find out if nad when that item would be restocked (you will need to be a registered user).

What payment methods does Aaina By Sanchari accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Maestro credit and debit cards.
We also have Net Banking option.
Please note that we do not accept any other methods of payment apart from those listed above.

Is it safe to use my credit card online at Aaina By Sanchari?

At Aaina By Sanchari, your personal online security is important to us. We use the latest SSL encryption technology to store and safely transmit your personal and credit card information through our systems. All orders are processed through a secure checkout system. Additionally, for your safety and protection, we will confirm that the billing address you provide matches the address on file with your credit card company.
You may also choose to securely store your credit card details with us. This means you will not have to enter them again during future purchases, making it quicker and simpler to shop at Aaina By Sanchari.

Why do I need to re-enter my credit card details when I add a new address?

For your security, whenever you request delivery to a new address we will ask you to provide new credit or debit card details (if you have previously stored them with us). This means that if someone guesses your password and tries to make an order using your account, they will be unable to do so. We hope you understand that this is a valuable precaution designed to protect your personal information.

Does Aaina By Sanchari ship to multiple addresses?

Unfortunately, you may only ship to one address per order.
If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address. For corporate orders, please contact support@aainabysanchari.com for assistance.

Can My Billing Address And Shipping Address Be Different?

Yes, the billing and shipping address can be different. However, Aaina By Sanchari treats billing and shipping address as the same by default. Customers can change that as per their convenience. Customers are requested to provide full addresses with the postal code / zip-code.

Do you ship internationally?

Presently, Aaina By Sanchari ships only within India.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?

We are unfortunately unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched. Therefore, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times.

Can I add items to an existing order?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order. If you would like all your items to be delivered together, you will need to cancel your order(s) and place a new order which contains all the items you require.

How will I know you received my order & when will payment be deducted?

After you place your order, you will be sent an email confirming that it has been received. Your card will only be debited at time of dispatch. In the rare instance that any of the items you have ordered are not available, we will contact you by email and will only charge your credit card for the value of the items in stock.

Do You Have Cash On Delivery Option?

Unfortunately, we do not have Cash on Delivery option yet.

Can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number. If you have registered, you will be able to view and track the status of your shipment by signing in and selecting MY ACCOUNT followed by ORDER STATUS.

Where is my order?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch, Pernia's Pop-Up Shop is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number. If you have registered, you will be able to view and track the status of your shipment by signing in and clicking on your name, which will take you to MY ACCOUNT page,  where you will find ORDER HISTORY. If you are not registered, sign up now so you can track future orders.

How much duties and taxes will I have to pay?

For Indian Customers.
Product prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties.

Is my package insured?

All items are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from Aaina By Sanchari to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance.
If your box is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you make a note when signing for it that you are accepting a damaged box.

Is my personal information kept private?

Please be assured that your personal information is kept private and confidential and at no point will we rent or sell this.
To register at Aaina By Sanchari, we will need to know your name, mailing address and email address. When processing your order online we require your billing address, shipping address, telephone number, credit card number and expiration date. Please note that Aaina By Sanchari may use your contact details to inform you of the new arrivals, discounts and exclusive via email. If you would prefer not to receive these updates, please unsubscribe from our newsletter.

What are cookies? Should I be worried about them?

A cookie is a piece of information that is stored on your computer's hard drive by your web browser which tracks your movements within websites. We use cookies to keep track of how often you visit our website, the contents of your shopping bag, previous purchases and to deliver content specific to your interests. They are designed to assist your shopping and are therefore nothing to worry about. Registered customers who have cookies enabled will be automatically recognized when they visit Aaina By Sanchari - your name will appear in the left hand menu column on the website. You will be able to access your Wish List and then add or move items, register interest for pieces not yet in stock or request item updates without signing in to your account.
