Cancellation & Refund Policy:

You may cancel an order within 12 hours after placing it. Cancellations beyond 12 hours of placing the order will not be entertained barring extenuating circumstances (i.e. National Holiday). The processing of any cancellation request placed beyond 12 hours of placing an order will be exclusively at the discretion of M/S Aaina.

A cancelled order will result in a credit to the customer’s credit card/account. Refunds will be processed in a form of credit to the customer’s Credit Card / Net Banking / Debit Card Account within 15 business days.

Any special offer(s) associated with an order will also become void if the order is cancelled.


Return & Refund Policy:

These terms of returns are limited to direct sale by us to you. For this purpose the Return/Exchange request must be raised within 10 days from the date it was received by you. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged by you. Goods will be returned only if they are returned in their original packaging. Goods once sold can only be returned for refund if they meet our terms and conditions. After receiving your request, we shall authorize your return, accordingly within 24 hours you will receive an email acknowledgment from us.

A return order will result in a return to the user’s credit card/ debit card/ bank account from which the payment had been during the purchase of the product at our online store. The refund will reflect in the user’s account within 10-15 business days from:

when the product reaches our store (if the customer is sending it by herself).

To return products, here are the steps:

Go to our homepage

Find "Returns" option mentioned on the left hand column/menu option. Click on that. It will take you to "Returns" page.

Type in "Your Email" and "Order Number" in the respective boxes and click "Search".

Select the appropriate reason for your return. (However, we are not liable for any damages caused to the Product during transit)

You will then receive a confirmation mail in your inbox stating that your Return and refund request have been registered.

Thereafter, our Service Department will process your request, and get in touch with you within 24hours.

The refund would be processed after the thorough inspection of the return product. Our inspection officer would take 24 - 48 hours to give approval for the refund initiation. If the product is found to be damaged/ soiled/ without tags/ spoilt in any other way/ if any accessory is missing/ if a wrong product is returned, the refund would be Denied, and the product might be sent back to the customer.

The customer would receive notifications in each and every step of the return and refund process. We greatly value our customer's trust and co-operation.

Items should be returned unused and with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Please contact usin the event any Goods/Products are delivered without tags.

Where provided, belts and any packaging such as authenticity cards, odour/drying agent pouches, and all other accessories included within the order/ with the ordered product, should be included with your return.

Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the Site. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.

All custom made orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Alteration is only applicable for custom-made orders. Request of alterations must be placed within 5 days from the date of receiving the product. Alterations can only be done once for each custom-made order. All alterations have a minimum lead-time of 15 - 21 days depending on the extent of alteration required. takes 5 business days to confirm the alteration after receiving a request. An alteration request is considered confirmed only when approves of it.
